About Us
DANIEL Law Firm, based in Egna in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano-South Tyrol, Italy, provides legal advice in Italian employment, corporate and civil law, assisting domestic and international businesses, entrepreneurs and private individuals.
We represent clients both in and out of court and provide our services in English, Italian and German.
From the initial consultation onwards, we work closely with our clients to develop a legal strategy suited to their individual needs. Combining legal expertise with commercial insight, we provide effective and economically viable solutions.
Founder
Julian Daniel has been a member of the Bolzano Bar Association since 2018.
Before establishing Daniel Law Firm, he practised at leading international law firms in Milan, Rome, Vienna and Bolzano, most recently as a partner.
His practice focuses on Italian employment, corporate and civil law, advising businesses, professionals and private individuals in both advisory and litigation matters.
Julian Daniel graduated from the University of Innsbruck, Austria, in 2012 with highest honours, ranking first in his class. He was awarded several academic scholarships in recognition of his academic achievements.
He advises clients in English, Italian and German.

Employment Law
Our primary focus is advising employers in South Tyrol, throughout Italy and internationally on all aspects of employment law. We assist our clients throughout the entire employment relationship, from drafting employment contracts to their termination. In selected cases, we also represent employees and senior executives.
Corporate Law
We advise domestic and international companies throughout every stage of their development, from incorporation and expansion to restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.
Civil Law
We advise and represent businesses and private individuals across a broad range of civil law matters, both in and out of court.
Road Traffic Law
We advise and represent motorists in administrative, civil and criminal proceedings arising from road traffic matters.
